Why a heat pump?
Producing reliable heating and cooling, your heat pump works by absorbing and cycling heat from outside your home through a compressor to transfer warm air into your home. Through the summer this process works in reverse, transferring warm air out of the home, replacing it with cool air. This keeps your home temperature comfortable all year long.
- Energy Savings
- Environmental Impact
- Cleaner Air
- Year-Round Comfort
- Government Rebates
Depending on your upgrade, most customers see a reduction of 30 to 60% of their monthly heating costs, while qualifying for up to $14,600 in government sponsored funding.
Heat pumps are widely recognized as a safe and reliable way to heat and cool your home. More efficient than traditional oil burning, heat pumps help families reduce their carbon footprint while improving air quality throughout the home.
Heating your home with fossil fuels presents many risks to the safety of your family and your home. Burning oil or gas increases your risks of fire and carbon monoxide leaks. Heat pumps are a safe alternative that produce reliable home comfort without the risk of hazardous leaks or spills.
Heat pumps offer high quality, dependable and efficient home heating and cooling. They improve your home air quality with reliable comfort, while substantially reducing your monthly energy costs and home emissions.
There are many rebates available for your new heat pump. Please visit www.betterhomesbc.ca for a comprehensive list of incentives and rebates.
